*hugs* Don't listen to them. Don't dwell on them. Find the good and upbeat stuff. There are lots of other good things to listen to. It's hard enough to adjust without reminding yourself.

It's hard not to listen when our radio at work is always on, always LOUD, and always tuned to the country music station.
